Psychic Vampyres has developed many different names over the years due to outside influences, whether by the spiritual community or the psychology level being slapped on. There have been many labels to describe someone who feeds on the energies of others.

Psychic Vampyre: has become the umbrella term for those who feed on energies, but there has been sub identity labels created to name the type of feeding vamps engage in.

Eros: A vampyre that falls under the psychic vampyre umbrella that feeds on sexual energies.

Energy Vampyre: has a lot more negative connotation to it as there is a psychological term people use on narcissists that are draining to them because they come to them for all their problems and treat their relationship as a therapy session.

Emotional Vampyre: This is another term that is an offshoot of the psychological term. But some vampyres do feed on the emotional energy of others. Sometimes those with bad intentions cross the ethical line to indulge in these types of energies.

Nature Vampyre or Elementals: A more controversial identity within the VC, this identity isn't very validated within the community due to multiple reasons. These individuals feed on the energies of nature, such as the sun, animals, plants, etc.
