Questioning is a very crucial point of your self-discovery the number one advice I will give is to not let people tell you how you should and shouldnt feel about yourself and your identity. This is not to ignore medical advice, but to not allow others define your identity. It is your journey not theirs. 

How does one question safely? 
For starters, do not take something a vamp influencer says as the whole truth. There is a lot of vamp influencers out there that will preach a view that doesnt apply to everyone and a good portion of the community just goes along with it. Cross reference everything, question everything. Ask questions in public forums not privately in DMs. A common manipulative tactic people use to misinform their victims in by trying to get you to talk to them privately. Here in Project V we have a rule on this, we always encourage questions to be asked via the server not privately. That way, everyone can answer with their own perspective.

Experimenting in the questioning phase
Before experimenting, I suggest taking a look at the community ethics like the donor bill of rights and The black veil. These are key ethics that are in place that the good majority follows. There are many other ethical documents out there that you can review. But those are the two I recommended. After reviewing you should have a decent understand of the dues and donts when engaging in the community or participating in an experimental feeding. When experiementing with others dont easily believe someone who claims to be a mentor or and energy reader of sorts. A lot of cases within the VC these are predators who engage in predatory scams, this is one of the ways they participate in such behavior.
