Hello and welcome! This is the BYTE group for my discord energy workshop. I'll be posting resources, polls, and updates from the workshop. Feel free to post your anecdotes, questions, and thoughts on energy work here!

1) Anything from personal experience without an outside source (such as a book, a paper, etc.) should be noted as being anecdotal. 2) Be respectful of everyone in this group, including myself and each other. We have different levels of experience, and we should allow room for growth both on a personal and metaphysical level. 3) If you have a source, share what it is! It doesn't have to be in academic format, but it does need to be listed somewhere in your post.
